For Separation

Separation is a huge decision, after all you loved this person once, and now it’s all gone wrong, fallen apart.

It’s the end of a dream, the end of a partnership, possibly for you it means that you are losing the person that you have thought of as your best friend for many years.

There are so many things to think about, the formalities, the finances, the children.

But there’s also YOU.  For you to be able to deal with all the other stuff, you need to take care of YOU, and decide what you want for your future and the steps that you need to take to achieve it.

If you are in tune with and taking care of yourself, the other things will seem easier to work through.  Taking important decisions won’t seem quite so difficult if you have had the opportunity to discuss the options with an empathic, independent professional who’s not emotionally involved.
