In addition to working with my clients (couples and individuals) to help them to have the life and relationships that they long for and dream of, I am also passionate about sharing powerful nuggets of information and ideas from the stage.

I love to share my thoughts, models, theories, stories and strategies with an audience full of people who want to know how they can get the best out of themselves and their relationships.

As an adult education tutor many years ago, I was very comfortable with standing up in front of the class, but in recent years I have taken my love of professional speaking to another level, firstly by joining Toastmasters and learning new skills, and then latterly by attending the Public Speakers University, followed by a year of one to one and group coaching sessions with the Professional Speakers Academy, where the feedback, advice and support are second to none.

I have sought out opportunities to practice my skills in front of Business Networking Groups around  the south coast, I have even put on my own events and workshops in the Chichester/West Sussex area.
