We have been living in unprecedented times, in a period of immense uncertainty and loss. A place where rules and regulations that have been imposed on us have largely changed the way we work , live and feel. But the quality of our lives is not only impacted by those newly imposed boundaries, but also by the quality of our relationships, and the quality of our relationships is attributable in the main to the effort we put into them. Let me show you how with a little work and some new tools and techniques you can begin to transform your relationship right now

You will learn:

How to stop arguments in their tracks

I don’t know about you, but most couples I come into contact with who have been together for a few years or more, have arguments that they repeat on a regular basis, they know how to push each other’s emotional buttons and do so very efficiently. I tend to think of it as being a bit like a runaway train, you both start in the station, perhaps you say your line, they say theirs, then you say yours etc, etc. And you both know where that train is heading, straight into the crash barrier at the end of the track!! I’m going to show you a technique for directing your runaway train into the sidings before it gathers too much momentum.

How to improve your ‘couple’ communication

I’m guessing that most of you will have experienced that uncomfortable feeling of not being able to express yourself to your partner, or maybe for you it’s about not being heard or even listened to? I’m going to share with you some simple tips that will improve your lines of communication. So many couples who come to work with me, cite the inability to communicate effectively as a major problem in their relationship. I think it is true to say we all get a bit lazy over time, especially when feeling stressed, tired and anxious, but these tips will get you thinking and communicating differently.

How to create magic moments

Intimacy isn’t just about sex, it’s about creating a private meaningful world, where you share experiences and make memories, a place where you can talk about your thoughts and feelings, whilst supporting and encouraging each other. Intimacy is also about creating an environment of playfulness and fun that you enjoy together. We may have been living recently in a world that feels controlled in so many ways by the new rules and regulations imposed on us, but here’s the thing, no one can control your thoughts and imagination, I’ll be sharing some ideas with you on how to create some magic moments.
